The property is a 5 minute walk to the seafront bars, restaurants and pubs in Cleethorpes and within a 2 minutes walk to local grocery stores including a Tesco Extra. There are several larger supermarkets all a few minutes drive away.
The property is conveniently situated just off the main Grimsby-Cleethorpes A118 road, close to the train station and on the main bus route.
Both rooms are fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and plenty of storage. Each room has a smart TV and super fast broadband is accessible throughout the house.
We provide bedding and a full weekly clean, including a linen change.
The kitchen and communal area is modern and fully equipped including induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. This is a shared area and you are welcome to sit, chill and eat while watching some TV! There is plenty of cupboard space and a large American style fridge freezer to share.
There is on-road parking outside the property
There is a shared bathroom with toilet, bath and shower cubicle. We also have a downstairs loo for convenience, just off the kitchen.
At the rear of the property there is a small paved courtyard area perfect for drying washing or sitting out.

The rooms would perfectly suit contractors working in the area or other professionals who need a base away from home for work purposes.
